This garment was featured in Kmac Couture, an annual runway show in Louisville, Kentucky, accessible to the public. Kmac Couture invites local or aspiring artists to craft wearable garments inspired by a given theme. For this event, Fadel collaborated with a model, makeup artist, and film producer to bring her vision to life. The theme for the year revolved around recreating a song, and she selected “Creep” by Radiohead. Her creation exuded a gothic aesthetic with an Edward Scissorhands-inspired twist.
